Live Palmilla

Del Mar Development, along with neighboring resort, the One&Only Palmilla were recently spotlighted in a feature within Cabo Living’s Spring Collector’s Edition. The feature speaks to the history of the relationship to the world-renowned resort anchoring the communities of Villas Del Mar and Espiritu as told through interviews with Ron Hatfield, president of Del Mar Development and Del Mar Real Estate, and Peter Bowling, Managing Director at the One&Only Palmilla.

“From the inception of [Villas Del Mar], our goal has been to maintain the community, camaraderie, amenities and character of Palmilla and extend that same feeling into the community of Villas Del Mar,” said Hatfield.
