Lynn Yellen, Design Director of Ladco’s Resort Design Group, recently re-vamped a custom residence located within the community of Villas Del Mar at Palmilla. Once traditional, today this single-level, four-bedroom villa features an air of freshness and chic coastal contemporary style.
“Updating Entrada 75 was a delight,” said Lynn. “By refreshing the wall colors, updating door archways and restyling with new furniture we were able to change the overall aesthetic and feeling of the home.”
